Important Note on Prenatal Yoga

Pregnancy is not the best time to push hard on yourself. Listening to your body is always the best way to tell whether you’re doing it right or pushing yourself too hard.

If 30 minutes of yoga is too much, then stop and take a break. Yoga is meant to help you relax so there’s no reason to keep pushing yourself especially if doing so can harm you and the baby inside you.
